I am in love with this bag!! I love the smell of real leather. This bag is well made, sturdy with heavy duty zippers & snaps. I have shoved a fluffy pillow inside and zipped the bag closed so that it will help shape the bag before I use it. As you can see in my photos, the bag was folded in half in the box and the plastic bag it was in, looks like it had been opened and then taped up with packing tape. I wasn’t too happy when I saw this but...the bag appears to be unused and new. So I’m not going to complain about that. Overall, I’m happy I bought this bag. It is pretty big and should handle my light packing for trips. *Note: the only odor to this bag I received is from real leather. There is no chemical smell or oils that I can see (like others had mentioned in their reviews). If you need a roomie bag and love the vintage look, this leather bag is for you!P.S. I ordered the 25” bag.
