C.S. Osborne Forged Steel Spring Punch. Forged steel frame, highly polished. Fitted with replaceable screw tubes. The reach or distance from the cutting tube to the back of the jaw is 1-1/2". 8-1/4" overall length. Made in USA. Notes: There are three different frames. Tube sizes 000 to 7 fit the same frame and are interchangeable. Tube 8 fits No. 8 frame only. Tubes 9 and 10 fit the same frame and are interchangeable. Punch tubes measure 1-1/8" overall. Even though I do not need such a high quality product for the occasional use I will give it (forseeable future), my experiance with the cheaper "multisize" hole punches lead me to the decision that I would never waiste my money on another one. Also I am a sucker for buying the higher quality tools, to me there is a satisfaction to be got both aesthetically and in having ownership of well made equipment, I get a good feeling from knowing that I will not be let down.Jim G
