I haven't used it at work yet, so my initial review is that this is a great pouch.So far, I don't like the speed square "slot" (see photos). It will for sure loosen up over time and my square will just drop right through. This needs to be an actual pocket (just two layers of leather with an opening is adequate).I will update with more photos and review after using it for a few days.Update #1: one day of use, and my square was already falling through. I have plans to modify this pouch, it isn't working for me the way it is currently. I will submit pics and/or video with changes.Don't be fooled by "20 pockets". They count the hammer holders, the tape holder (coming off), and the pencil slots as pockets.
